Q: How do I see my current deliveries?

Refresh the home screen or tap Orders. You will see all deliveries that are currently assigned to you.

Q: How do I see my past deliveries?

Tap Orders, then select History. This shows your completed deliveries. We also recommend keeping your own mileage log for your records.

Q: Can I see how much each delivery pays?

No. Some deliveries are grouped together to make your route more efficient. If you want to know how much a specific delivery pays, contact the Operations Manager.

Q: What if I can't find the pickup or delivery location?

Hospital or clinic: Contact the Point of Contact listed in the app. If they do not answer, call Dispatch.

Warehouse: Ask for the Point of Contact listed in the app. They will help you find your delivery items.
